We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with all purchases.

Customers may return products purchased on within 14 days of receiving the order. This policy begins on the initial delivery attempt. 

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with their return.


Please allow 5 Business days for our return department to process your return once it arrives back to us.


Original tags, including Pepe & Berta tags must be attached. We will not honor your return with the tags unattached.


Inside your package please enclose your information along with your order number & email used at checkout. You can also enclose the original package slip. If we do not receive this information inside your package, we will not be able to locate the order to issue a return. 

If you have an excessive amount of returns we will start applying a 15% restocking fee to your credit. If we feel it is becoming overly excessive, we will review your account at that time and we will make the decision to refuse service to you moving forward.

Before starting a return below, please make sure your return still falls within the allowable days to ensure it does not get rejected, please include email and order number. Any returned package that arrives back after the 14th day would be sent back regardless of approval.


Please note that all orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. We kindly advise you to double-check and confirm your shipping address during checkout process to avoid any issues during the shipment process. In the event that an order is returned to use due to an incorrect (or incomplete) address, additional shipping charges will be incurred - these charges will be the responsibility of the customer. 

If you realize you have provided an incorrect shipping address after your order is placed, kindly contact us immediately. Our team will make every effort to assist you and check if changes can be made before the order is shipped. However, once the order is shipped, changes cannot be made from our end. In such cases, it becomes the customer's responsibility to handle any address-related issues.
